My name is Lindsay MacLeod.  I’m a first year broadcast journalism student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  I grew up in Westlake Village, a small suburb of Los Angeles, and have lived in California my entire life.  I’ve always had the desire to travel the world, but like most people, have had some reservations about leaving my home country.

Knowing I am not alone in feeling a little bit scared about travelling, I decided I would share the experiences of others who have travelled, and maybe, in turn, people would find the courage to go out and experience life in a completely new environment.

I will provide my readers with the necessary resources for studying and travelling abroad, and I truly hope I can help people achieve their dream of going to another country.
